Cooking instructions
- Cutlets
- Boil millet and potatoes.
- Blend onion.
- Add garlic, olive oil, egg, and salt.
- Mix everything together and form cutlets.
- Bake at 180 degrees for an hour.
- Gulash:
- Cut eggplant, bell pepper, onion, and tomatoes.
- Stew the vegetables.
- Add herbs.
- At the end add cut pickled cucumbers.
