Ingredients

Cooking instructions

  • 400 g of chickpeas - cook, cool down and blend.
  • Boil carrots and blend.
  • Fry onion with garlic, add mushrooms and fry lightly.
  • Mix all the above ingredients and add 2 eggs, fresh parsley, black pepper, cumin, and soy sauce.
  • Shape into cutlets, coat with sesame seeds and fry.
  • Serve with baked potatoes (with herbs and olive oil, baked for 40 minutes at 180 degrees) and kohlrabi salad.
