Chickpeas cutlets with kohlrabi salad

Ingredients
- Chickpeas -
- Carrot -
- Onion -
- Garlic -
- Agaricus mushrooms -
- Eggs -
- Parsley -
- Black pepper -

- Soy sauce -
- Sesame -
- Kohlrabi -
- Red bell pepper -
- Pickled cucumbers -
- Natural yogurt -
- Horseradish -
- Dill -
- Black pepper -

Cooking instructions
- 400 g of chickpeas - cook, cool down and blend.
- Boil carrots and blend.
- Fry onion with garlic, add mushrooms and fry lightly.
- Mix all the above ingredients and add 2 eggs, fresh parsley, black pepper, cumin, and soy sauce.
- Shape into cutlets, coat with sesame seeds and fry.
- Serve with baked potatoes (with herbs and olive oil, baked for 40 minutes at 180 degrees) and kohlrabi salad.
