Ingredients

  • Chops
  • Buckwheat groats - 150 g
  • Onion - 1.5 pieces
  • Broccoli - 500 g
  • Carrot - 3 - 4 pieces
  • Eggs - 1 pieces
  • Black pepper - 1 pinches
  • Salt - 1 pinches
  • Sauce
  • Tomato - 3 - 4 pieces
  • Red bell pepper - 1 pieces
  • Favorite herbs - 1 spoons

Cooking instructions

  1. Cutlets
    • Cook buckwheat.
    • Fry onion.
    • Cook broccoli and blend it.
    • Grate carrots.
    • Mix everything together, form cutlets and bake 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees.

    • Blend everything together.
