Ingredients

  • Sweet potato - 1 pieces
  • Butter - 1 teaspoons
  • Millet flour - 80 g
  • Semolina - 100 g
  • Black pepper - 1 pinches
  • Salt - 1 pinches
  • Nutmeg - 1 pinches
  • Salad
  • Napa cabbage - 1/2 pieces
  • Cucumber - 1/2 pieces
  • Leek - 1/2 pieces
  • Greek yogurt - 1 - 2 spoons
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoons

Cooking instructions

  • Peel sweet potatoe, cut into small pieces and cook about 8 minutes.
  • Knead sweet potato with a teaspoon of butter, flour, millet, and semolina, to taste: salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  • Form a roll, cut into thick slices. Throw them into boiling water and remove when they start floating on the surface.
