Ingredients

  • Millet –
  • Zucchini –
  • Eggplant –
  • Carrot –
  • Agaricus mushrooms –
  • Onion –
  • Tomato –
  • Soy sauce –
  • Thyme –
  • Herbes de Provence –

Cooking instructions

  • Cook millet.
  • Cut zucchini, 1/2 eggplant, carrot, mushrooms, 1/2 onion, and tomatoes.
  • Fry onion, add the mushrooms, then add the other vegetables, and add 3/4 glass of water, and a little bit of soy sauce, sauté all.
  • Spices: thyme and Herbes de Provence.
