Millet with vegetables, no meat

- Millet –
- Zucchini –
- Eggplant –
- Carrot –
- Agaricus mushrooms –
- Onion –
- Tomato –
- Soy sauce –
- Thyme –
- Herbes de Provence –
Cooking instructions
- Cook millet.
- Cut zucchini, 1/2 eggplant, carrot, mushrooms, 1/2 onion, and tomatoes.
- Fry onion, add the mushrooms, then add the other vegetables, and add 3/4 glass of water, and a little bit of soy sauce, sauté all.
- Spices: thyme and Herbes de Provence.
