Cooking instructions
- ½ glass of boiled millet (with a pinch of turmeric).
- To boiled and drained porridge add chopped fresh parsley, dill, chopped into cubes pickles, and a spoon of flaxseed oil.
- Add arugula, dried tomatoes, sunflower seeds, lemon juice, and a bit of pepper.
