Cooking instructions
- Cabbage stuffed:
- Cook lentils.
- Chop red peppers, leek, and onion.
- Blend dried tomatoes.
- Blend garlic or chop very finely.
- Mix all together thoroughly, add the oregano, basil, marjoram, dill, parsley, and black pepper.
- Blanch the cabbage leaves, put the stuffing on cabbage leaf and roll up.
- I cooked by steaming for approximately 40 minutes.
- Sauce: Blend all together thoroughly and boil.
