Cooking instructions

  1. Cabbage stuffed:
    • Cook lentils.
    • Chop red peppers, leek, and onion.
    • Blend dried tomatoes.
    • Blend garlic or chop very finely.
    • Mix all together thoroughly, add the oregano, basil, marjoram, dill, parsley, and black pepper.
  2. Blanch the cabbage leaves, put the stuffing on cabbage leaf and roll up.
  3. I cooked by steaming for approximately 40 minutes.
  4. Sauce: Blend all together thoroughly and boil.
