Ingredients

  • Onion –
  • Chanterelle –
  • Fennel –
  • Carrot –
  • Dill –
  • Buckwheat groats –

Cooking instructions

  • Fry onion.
  • Add the cleaned chanterelle (large handful), fry for a while.
  • Add sliced fennel (1/2) and grated carrot (I have used 5 pcs.).
  • Pour a glass of water and simmer until the water evaporates.
  • Add fresh dill and mix.
  • I served with buckwheat.
