Fennel braised with mushrooms
Ingredients
- Onion –
- Chanterelle –
- Fennel –
- Carrot –
- Dill –
- Buckwheat groats –
Cooking instructions
- Fry onion.
- Add the cleaned chanterelle (large handful), fry for a while.
- Add sliced fennel (1/2) and grated carrot (I have used 5 pcs.).
- Pour a glass of water and simmer until the water evaporates.
- Add fresh dill and mix.
- I served with buckwheat.
