- Canned tomatoes –
- Honey –
- Harissa –
- Cumin –
- Coriander –
- Cinnamon –

Cooking instructions
- Fry onion.
- Cut the carrots, half a sweet potato, a piece of red pepper, half a zucchini, add to the pan and sauté everything.
- Add:
- ½ can of tomatoes
- 1 spoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of harissa
- Cumin
- Coriander
- Cinnamon
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Black pepper
- Serve with cous cous.
