Chickpeas in maple syrup

- Onion –
- Carrot –
- Garlic –
- Coriander –
- Cumin –
- Cardamom –
- Dill –
- Maple syrup –
- Soy sauce –
- Lime juice –
- Canned tomatoes –
Cooking instructions
- Soak and cook chickpeas.
- Fry onion with garlic, add coriander, cumin, cardamom and dill.
- Add chopped carrot, 2-3 spoons of maple syrup, 2 spoons of soy sauce, and juice from 1/2 a lime. Stew all together.
- Add canned tomatoes and cooked chickpeas. Stew for approximately 10 minutes.
