Ingredients

  • Chickpeas –
  • Onion –
  • Carrot –
  • Garlic –
  • Coriander –
  • Cumin –
  • Cardamom –
  • Dill –
  • Maple syrup –
  • Soy sauce –
  • Lime juice –
  • Canned tomatoes –

Cooking instructions

  • Soak and cook chickpeas.
  • Fry onion with garlic, add coriander, cumin, cardamom and dill.
  • Add chopped carrot, 2-3 spoons of maple syrup, 2 spoons of soy sauce, and juice from 1/2 a lime. Stew all together.
  • Add canned tomatoes and cooked chickpeas. Stew for approximately 10 minutes.
