Meatless "bigos"

Ingredients

  • Cabbage - 1/2 - 1 pieces
  • Red bell pepper - 1 - 1.5 pieces
  • Onion - 1 pieces
  • Agaricus mushrooms - 250 g
  • Dried tomatoes - 8 pieces
  • Bay leaf - 2 - 3 leafs
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoons
  • Garlic - 1/2 teaspoons
  • Coriander - 1/2 teaspoons
  • Marjoram - 1/2 teaspoons
  • Allspice - 1 pinches
  • Juniper - 1 pinches

Cooking instructions

  • Shred cabbage, put it in a pot, cover with water and simmer until soft.
  • Add fried onions, sliced mushrooms, chopped peppers, and sun-dried tomatoes.
  • Add all the spices. Mix.
  • Simmer everything together for approximately 30-40 minutes.
