Meatless "bigos"

Ingredients
- Cabbage - 1/2 - 1 pieces
- Red bell pepper - 1 - 1.5 pieces
- Onion - 1 pieces
- Agaricus mushrooms - 250 g
- Dried tomatoes - 8 pieces
- Bay leaf - 2 - 3 leafs
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoons
- Garlic - 1/2 teaspoons
- Coriander - 1/2 teaspoons
- Marjoram - 1/2 teaspoons
- Allspice - 1 pinches
- Juniper - 1 pinches
Cooking instructions
- Shred cabbage, put it in a pot, cover with water and simmer until soft.
- Add fried onions, sliced mushrooms, chopped peppers, and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Add all the spices. Mix.
- Simmer everything together for approximately 30-40 minutes.
