- Ice lettuce -

- Garlic -

- Zucchini -
Cooking instructions
- Boil brown rice with peas.
- Cut red bell pepper.
- Add the pepper, black pepper, and Herbes de Provence to the rice.
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Wash ice lettuce leaves in boiling water. Then dry them and let them cool down.
- Stuff lettuce leaves.
- Prepare sauce.
- Fry onion and bell pepper.
- Add the tomatoes, garlic, pepper, and basil.
- Mix or blend it.
- Serve with zucchini slices.
