Cooking instructions

  • Boil brown rice with peas.
  • Cut red bell pepper.
  • Add the pepper, black pepper, and Herbes de Provence to the rice.
  • Mix all the ingredients.
  • Wash ice lettuce leaves in boiling water. Then dry them and let them cool down.
  • Stuff lettuce leaves.
  • Prepare sauce.
    • Fry onion and bell pepper.
    • Add the tomatoes, garlic, pepper, and basil.
    • Mix or blend it.
  • Serve with zucchini slices.
