Ingredients

  • Lumaconi pasta -
  • Eggplant -
  • Onion -
  • Garlic -
  • Canned tomatoes -
  • Oregano -
  • Black pepper -
  • Mozzarella -

Cooking instructions

  • Boil any small pasta.
  • Hollow eggplant. Wash it in boiling water.
  • Fry onion with garlic, add half of the hollowed eggplant squash.
  • Add tomatoes, oregano, and black pepper.
  • Stew everything, add pasta and mix.
  • Stuff eggplant, arrange mozzarella slices.
  • Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
