Eggplant with buckwheat, no meat
    	Ingredients
    
     
- Eggplant – 
 - Onion – 
 - Tomato – 
 - Carrot – 
 - Garlic – 
 - Black pepper – 
 - Ginger – 
 - Basil – 
 - Oregano – 
 - Optional salt – 
 - Buckwheat groats –     
 
    Cooking instructions
- Fry the onion, add the chopped carrots and sliced eggplant, add the tomatoes, pour a glass of water and simmer until everything is tender, then season and mix thoroughly. 
 - Serve with buckwheat.
