- Couscous –

- Favorite herbs –
- Oregano –
- Basil –
- Sweet pepper –
- Chili pepper –
- Ice lettuce –
- Tomaine lettuce –
- Carrot –
- Corn –
- Cucumber –
- Pumpkin seeds –
- Sunflower seeds –
- Linseed –
- Natural yogurt –
- Diet mayonnaise –
- Horseradish –
Cooking instructions
- Add boiling water to couscous, then set aside for 5 minutes.
- Cut and stew carrot, green beans, leek, red bell pepper, and peas.
- Mix the vegetables with couscous.
- Add oregano, basil, sweet and chili pepper.
- Sprinkle meat with favorite herbs.
- Cut pockets in the chicken breasts and stuff the meat.
- Pin with toothpicks if necessary.
- Bake in baking sleeve, foil or in a casserole dish for around 30 minutes.
- Prepare salad by mixing all the ingredients.
