- Wholemeal flour -
- Wheat flour -
- Eggs -
- Salt -
- Milk -
- Desiccated coconut -
- Greek yogurt -
- Banana -
Cooking instructions
- Mix wholemeal flour with wheat flour.
- Add eggs, pinch of salt, milk, and desiccated coconut.
- Fry without oil.
- Mix Greek yogurt with banana, add a little bit of desiccated coconut or crushed almonds.
- Smear pancakes, roll it, put yogurt on the top, decorate with a few slices of banana, strawberry, and dark chocolate.
