  • Wheat flour –

  • Desiccated coconut –
  • Greek yogurt –

Cooking instructions

  • Mix wholemeal flour with wheat flour.
  • Add eggs, pinch of salt, milk, and desiccated coconut.
  • Fry without oil.
  • Mix Greek yogurt with banana, add a little bit of desiccated coconut or crushed almonds.
  • Smear pancakes, roll it, put yogurt on the top, decorate with a few slices of banana, strawberry, and dark chocolate.
