Cooking instructions

  • 1.5 pancake is needed for one portion (use wholemeal and wheat flour in 1:1 ratio).

  • Sauce (about 3 portions)
    • Stew 1 onion, add diced yellow peppers (1/2), red peppers (1/2), and tomatoes (2 pcs.). Simmer all together until soft.
    • Add a can of tuna, half a small can of corn, fresh greek basil, a little bit of salt, tomato paste, oregano, and sweet chili sauce.
    • Boil all.
    • Divide pancakes into 4 parts. Arrange alternating pancakes and sauce. Lay a greek basil on the top.
