Tuna pancake lasagne

Ingredients
- Wholemeal flour - 100 g
- Wheat flour - 100 g
- Eggs - 3 pieces
- Milk - 1 glasses
- Salt - 1 pinches
- Onion - 1 pieces
- Yellow bell pepper - 1/2 pieces
- Red bell pepper - 1/2 pieces
- Tomato - 2 pieces
- Tuna - 1 cans
- Greek basil - 1 handful
- Corn - 1/2 cans
- Salt - 1 pinches
- Tomato paste - 1 cans
- Oregano - 1 teaspoons
- Sweet chilli sauce - 1 teaspoons
Cooking instructions
- 1.5 pancake is needed for one portion (use wholemeal and wheat flour in 1:1 ratio).
- Sauce (about 3 portions)
- Stew 1 onion, add diced yellow peppers (1/2), red peppers (1/2), and tomatoes (2 pcs.). Simmer all together until soft.
- Add a can of tuna, half a small can of corn, fresh greek basil, a little bit of salt, tomato paste, oregano, and sweet chili sauce.
- Boil all.
- Divide pancakes into 4 parts. Arrange alternating pancakes and sauce. Lay a greek basil on the top.
