Cooking instructions

  • Cook quinoa according to recipe on the package.
  • Season chicken breast with sea salt, pepper, sweet paprika, and bake in the sleeve for about 30 minutes. Remove from the sleeve, cut into thick slices, arrange chicken and mozzarella slices interchangeably. Bake for 10 minutes.
  • I serve it with steamed vegetables: cauliflower, broccoli, green beans, mini carrots.
