Cooking instructions

  • Mince meat, add grated carrot, finely cut onion, egg, salt, pepper, sweet pepper, marjoram, and oregano.
  • Mix everything thoroughly.
  • Form round cutlets.
  • Fry on both sides on a grill pan.
  • Slice potatoes, boil them, transfer to a baking tray, sprinkle with favorite herbs, black pepper, sea salt, oregano, basil, and marjoram.
  • Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Serve with beetroot salad.
  • In addition grilled sliced mushrooms with parsley can be served.
