- Agaricus mushrooms -
- Parsley -
Cooking instructions
- Mince meat, add grated carrot, finely cut onion, egg, salt, pepper, sweet pepper, marjoram, and oregano.
- Mix everything thoroughly.
- Form round cutlets.
- Fry on both sides on a grill pan.
- Slice potatoes, boil them, transfer to a baking tray, sprinkle with favorite herbs, black pepper, sea salt, oregano, basil, and marjoram.
- Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Serve with beetroot salad.
- In addition grilled sliced mushrooms with parsley can be served.
