Stuffed cabbage with tomato sauce

- Brown rice -

- Tomato passata -

- Bay leaf -

- Natural yogurt -
Cooking instructions
- Cut out the core from cabbage, put the cabbage into a large pot, pour water and boil to blanch the leaves.
- Mix meat with cooked rice, onions and spices.
- Cut out the thicker section of leaves, and put stuffing on the leaves and wrapp.
- Place the stuffed cabbage into a pot, pour water that was used to boil cabbage, add spices, tomato passata, grated carrot and parsley. Cook at low heat for about 40 minutes.
- The sauce can be mixed with Greek or natural yogurt, or 2% milk just before serving.
