- Chicken or turkey leg -

- Fresh pineapple -

- Onion -
- Milk -
- Sweet pepper -

- Ice lettuce -
- Cucumber -
- Natural yogurt -
Cooking instructions
- Cut meat and stew it with onion.
- Add grated carrot, cut fruits (if use canned ananas you can add ananas juice from the can) and coconut milk (or cow's milk).
- Stew on low heat.
- You can add curry, cinnamon or ginger.
- Prepare salad: mix shredded ice lettuce with cut cucumber and natural yogurt.
- Serve with basmati rice, and salad.
