Cooking instructions
- Minced turkey meat mix with egg, salt and pepper, add leek, a little grated carrot, a spoon of semolina, and form the meatballs.
- Grate carrot, parsley, celery piece, put into a casserole dish, add a little water, basil, oregano and tomato passata or canned tomatoes. Place the meatballs on the top.
