- Turkey leg –
- Chive –
- Oatmeal –
- Eggs –
- Salt –
- Herbal pepper –
- Marjoram –
- Oregano –
Cooking instructions
- Mix meat with eggs, spices and chives.
- Half of the meat mix put in the casserole dish, add peeled hard-boiled eggs, and the second half of the meat.
- Bake in oven preheated to 200 C for about 40-50 minutes.
- Serve hot or cold with sandwitches or as main dish.
