Turkey roll with cranberry and mozzarella

Ingredients
- Turkey minced meat - 0.5 kg
- Dried cranberry - 1/2 glasses
- Cranberry - 2 - 3 spoons
- Mozzarella - 1 pieces
- Eggs - 1 pieces
- Semolina - 1 spoons
- Sweet pepper - 1/2 teaspoons
- Basil - 1/2 teaspoons
- Salt - 1 pinches
- Black pepper - 1 pinches
- Cranberry - 1/2 glasses
- Sugar cane - 1 teaspoons
- Orange juice - 1 pieces
- Cinnamon - 1 pinches
Cooking instructions
- Mix meat with egg, semolina, and spices.
- Put the meat mass to form 2cm thick layer on rectangular baking paper.
- Cover the meat mass with dried cranberries. Cranberry sauce for meats can be used as well.
- Arrange mozzarella slices, sprinkle with basil, and roll.
- Transfer to a casserole dish and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Serve for example with potatoes, beetroots, and cranberry sauce.
- Cranberry sauce:
- Put fresh or dried cranberry to a pot, add cane sugar, orange juice, and cinnamon.
- Put the pot on low heat, and stir constantly until jam-like consistency is achieved.
