Cooking instructions

  • Cut hake into smaller pieces, season with salt and pepper (you can use lemon pepper or sprinkle with lemon juice).
  • Cover the fish in pancake mixture, and fry in a pan with a little bit of coconut oil or without oil.
  • Pour water into a pot, add concentrate and spices, then cook for 15 minutes.
  • Add vegetables and cook for another 15 minutes.
  • Place in a dish fish and sauce.
  • Can be served cold or hot. Rice is a good addon.
