Cooking instructions

  • Mix quark with egg and the rest of the ingredients to form a dough, and knead (may be slightly sticky). Form the rolls, then flatten them and cut into thick slices. Throw to boiling water, cook for approximately 2 minutes since they start floating. Fish out the gnocchi and drain off.
  • Served with natural yogurt, pear, cranberry, cherry, and raspberry juice.
