- Potato flour -
- Salt -
- Xylitol -
- Natural yogurt -
- Pear -
- Dried cranberry -

- Raspberry juice -
Cooking instructions
- Mix quark with egg and the rest of the ingredients to form a dough, and knead (may be slightly sticky). Form the rolls, then flatten them and cut into thick slices. Throw to boiling water, cook for approximately 2 minutes since they start floating. Fish out the gnocchi and drain off.
- Served with natural yogurt, pear, cranberry, cherry, and raspberry juice.
