Cooking instructions

  • Boil lazanki pasta al dente.
  • Fry turkey minced meat.
  • Chop onion finely.
  • Fry onion with garlic, and olive oil on a pot.
  • Cut mushrooms and add them to the pot.
  • Stew for 10 minutes.
  • Add meat, canned tomatoes, and tomato passata.
  • Add salt, sweet pepper, chili pepper, basil, oregano, parsley.
  • At the end of stewing, add beaten egg stirring vigorously.
