Cooking instructions
- Mix minced meat with egg, semolina, stewed leek, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil.
- Form chops and bake in casserole dish at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Add a little bit of water, grated carrot, and parsley.
- At the end of stewing put mozzarella slices on the top and bake for a while.
- Serve with basmati rice and broccoli.
