Cooking instructions

  • Chops
    • Grate carrot.
    • Cut and stew onion and mushrooms.
    • Mix everything, form chops and put in a casserole dish.
  • Extras
    • Grate carrot and parsley and add to the chops.
    • Add a little bit of water and lovage.
    • Bake at 180-200 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Serve with rice and broccoli.
