- Lovage -
- Basmati rice -
- Broccoli -
Cooking instructions
- Chops
- Grate carrot.
- Cut and stew onion and mushrooms.
- Mix everything, form chops and put in a casserole dish.
- Extras
- Grate carrot and parsley and add to the chops.
- Add a little bit of water and lovage.
- Bake at 180-200 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Serve with rice and broccoli.
