Cooking instructions
- Sauce
- Boil water with grated parsley, carrot, and sliced onion.
- Add lovage, allspice, salt, pepper, and dill.
- Pour a little bit of milk and add grated horseradish.
- Evaporate part of the water.
- Meatballs
- Mix meat with stewed onion and grated carrot.
- Add salt, pepper, sweet pepper, parsley, oregano, egg, and semolina. Mix everything.
- Form meatballs and add them to the sauce.
- Stew for 25 minutes on low heat.
- Prepare potato puree with milk and natural yogurt.
