Cooking instructions

  • Peel potatoes, cut into quarters, season, add the olive oil, mix well and bake at 170 degrees for approximately 25 minutes.
  • At the end of baking add chopped red pepper.
  • Serve arugula, baked potatoes and peppers with pieces of serrano ham, artichokes with pickles.
  • Dressing: vinegar mixed with balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
