- White wine vinegar –
- Balsamic vinegar –
- Salt –
- Black pepper –
Cooking instructions
- Peel potatoes, cut into quarters, season, add the olive oil, mix well and bake at 170 degrees for approximately 25 minutes.
- At the end of baking add chopped red pepper.
- Serve arugula, baked potatoes and peppers with pieces of serrano ham, artichokes with pickles.
- Dressing: vinegar mixed with balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
