Turkey liver with leek and raisins

Ingredients

  • Turkey liver - 200 g
  • Milk - 1 glasses
  • Onion - 1/2 pieces
  • Red onion - 1/2 pieces
  • Leek - 1/2 pieces
  • Apple - 2 pieces
  • Raisins - 1 handful
  • Marjoram - 1/2 teaspoons
  • Potato - 3 - 4 pieces
  • Carrot - 1 pieces
  • Parsley - 1 teaspoons

Cooking instructions

  • Wash turkey liver, soak in milk, and stew it. At the end of stewing add salt.
  • Slice all the onions, slice the leek, dice the apples. Stew everything until soft. Add raisins and marjoram.
  • Prepare carrot-potato puree.
    • Smash carrot and potatoes.
    • Add milk and parsley.
  • Serve the liver with carrot-potato puree and beetroot salad.
