Turkey liver with leek and raisins

Ingredients
- Turkey liver - 200 g
- Milk - 1 glasses
- Onion - 1/2 pieces
- Red onion - 1/2 pieces
- Leek - 1/2 pieces
- Apple - 2 pieces
- Raisins - 1 handful
- Marjoram - 1/2 teaspoons
- Potato - 3 - 4 pieces
- Carrot - 1 pieces
- Parsley - 1 teaspoons
Cooking instructions
- Wash turkey liver, soak in milk, and stew it. At the end of stewing add salt.
- Slice all the onions, slice the leek, dice the apples. Stew everything until soft. Add raisins and marjoram.
- Prepare carrot-potato puree.
- Smash carrot and potatoes.
- Add milk and parsley.
- Serve the liver with carrot-potato puree and beetroot salad.
