Cheesecake with peaches and foam

Cooking instructions
- Mix the cheese with the egg yolks, pudding, powdered sugar, aroma, and grated lemon peel. Add the egg whites whipped with stevia.
- Cover a baking mold with baking paper, crumble a few biscuits on the bottom, pour the cheese mass, add sliced peaches. Put the cake into a preheated oven to 180 C.
- Bake for 1 hour and 10 min at 180 C.
- Then reduce the temp. to 160, and cover the cheesecake with whipped egg whites (4 egg whites with 3 spoons of sugar, 3 spoons of stevia), then bake for 20 minutes. You can sprinkle the top with desiccated coconut.
