  • Semolina -
  • Stevia -
  • Peach -
  • Raspberries -
  • Greek yogurt -

Cooking instructions

  • Boil semolina with stevia or sugar cane until it thickens.
  • Set aside.
  • Drain peaches and blend them.
  • Blend raspberries with Greek yogurt. Add a little stevia if it is not sweet enough.
  • Arrange layers as prefered.
  • Set to the fridge until chilled properly
  • Use mint leaves, strawberries, and peaches for decoration.
