- Greek yogurt -
Cooking instructions
- Boil semolina with stevia or sugar cane until it thickens.
- Set aside.
- Drain peaches and blend them.
- Blend raspberries with Greek yogurt. Add a little stevia if it is not sweet enough.
- Arrange layers as prefered.
- Set to the fridge until chilled properly
- Use mint leaves, strawberries, and peaches for decoration.
