- Grind oatmeal in a blender or grinder.
- Peel the carrots and grate on the fine mesh.

- Pour the mixture into a mold lined with baking paper. Put in the preheated oven, and bake for about 1 hour at 180 C.
Disolve gelatin in hot water, cool down, then mix with yogurt (about 200 g) and add the rest of ingredients, place it in the fridge.
Let the cake cool down, put the icing on the cake, sprinkle with almonds, you can decorate the cake also with dried apricots.
