Cheesecake with cherries and peaches

Cooking instructions
- Mix cheese with pudding, egg yolks, half the sugar and flavouring. Add the foam made from egg whites to the mixed mass, slowly stirring.
- In the springform pan lined with baking paper put biscuits, pour cheese mass on it, add cherries and 1 peeled and sliced peach.
- Put in the oven preheated to 180C for about 1h - 1h.20 minutes. The cake is ready when the top is golden. You can also check the cake readyness with a wooden stick - when you put it the middle of the cake and take off, and it is dry, the cake is ready.
- Reduce the temperature to 160C. Whip the egg whites with remaining 3 spoons of sugar cane. Smear the foam on top of the cheesecake, sprinkle with desiccated coconut and bake for about 20 more minutes.
