- Mix the homogenized cheese with the egg yolks, pudding and aroma.
- To the mixture add slaughtered egg whites with stevia.
- Fill two forms bottoms with biscuits.
- Into one of the forms pour cheese mass and add whole almonds without peel.
The rest of the cheese mass divide into two. The first part will be the white mass. To the second part add chocolate melted in wather bath - this will be the black mass. Pour alternating white and dark masses to the form.
- Bake for 50 min at 180 C, then reduce the temperature to 150 degrees and bake for another 20 min.
