Ingredients

  • Creamy pudding –
  • Eggs –
  • Stevia –
  • Dark chocolate –
  • Desiccated coconut –

Cooking instructions

  • Mix the cheese with the egg yolks and pudding.
  • Beat egg whites with sugar or stevia and add to the mass.
  • Melt chocolate in a water bath and mix it with the third of cheese mass.
  • Pour the dark mass on the plate, and then the white one.
  • Bake 50 min at 180 C and then another 20 min at 150 C.
  • Decorate with dark chocolate and desiccated coconut after cooling down.
  • Mass will suffice for 2 small baking trays.
