Cheesecake with chocolate

Cooking instructions
- Mix the cheese with the egg yolks and pudding.
- Beat egg whites with sugar or stevia and add to the mass.
- Melt chocolate in a water bath and mix it with the third of cheese mass.
- Pour the dark mass on the plate, and then the white one.
- Bake 50 min at 180 C and then another 20 min at 150 C.
- Decorate with dark chocolate and desiccated coconut after cooling down.
- Mass will suffice for 2 small baking trays.
