Cooking instructions
- Mix homogenized cheese with strawberries (I added about 200 g), add stevia and cold gelatin.
- You can add vanilla for flavour.
- Put the mass on wholegrain biscuits, previously layed in a springform pan. Place the fruits on top and put it in the fridge to cool down.
- Pour chilled and slightly solidified strawberry jelly.
