Cheesecake with strawberries

Ingredients

  • Fromage frais –
  • Stevia –
  • Gelatin –
  • Strawberries –
  • Peach –
  • Vanilla –
  • Biscuits –
  • Strawberry jelly –

Cooking instructions

  • Mix homogenized cheese with strawberries (I added about 200 g), add stevia and cold gelatin.
  • You can add vanilla for flavour.
  • Put the mass on wholegrain biscuits, previously layed in a springform pan. Place the fruits on top and put it in the fridge to cool down.
  • Pour chilled and slightly solidified strawberry jelly.
