Pancakes with semolina

Ingredients
- Wheat flour - 1/2 glasses
- Semolina - 1/2 glasses
- Eggs - 2 pieces
- Milk - 200 ml
- Water - 1/2 - 3/4 glasses
- Olive oil - 1 spoons
- Salt - 1 pinches
- Quark - 150 g
- Greek yogurt - 2 spoons
- Honey - 1 teaspoons
- Vanilla - 1 pieces
- Raspberries - 1/2 glasses
- Greek yogurt - 1 - 2 spoons
Cooking instructions
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Fry on both sides.
- Mix quark with Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla.
- Stuff the pancakes.
- Sauce: boil raspberries, then mix the fruits with Greek or natural yogurt.
