Ingredients

  • Pancakes
  • Wheat flour - 1/2 glasses
  • Semolina - 1/2 glasses
  • Eggs - 2 pieces
  • Milk - 200 ml
  • Water - 1/2 - 3/4 glasses
  • Olive oil - 1 spoons
  • Salt - 1 pinches
  • Extras
  • Quark - 150 g
  • Greek yogurt - 2 spoons
  • Honey - 1 teaspoons
  • Vanilla - 1 pieces
  • Mousse
  • Raspberries - 1/2 glasses
  • Greek yogurt - 1 - 2 spoons

Cooking instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients.
  • Fry on both sides.
  • Mix quark with Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla.
  • Stuff the pancakes.
  • Sauce: boil raspberries, then mix the fruits with Greek or natural yogurt.
