Poached eggs on a cabbage salad

- Napa cabbage –
- Cucumber –
- Red bell pepper –
- Radish –
- Dill –
- Oregano –
- Sea salt –
- Olive oil –
- Vinegret –
Cooking instructions
- Pour eggs gently to very hot water, boil for around 1-2 minutes until egg whites solidify. If you prefer also solidified yolk, then you need to boil the eggs a bit longer.
- Serve with napa cabbage salad.
